This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent Police to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 1st April 2015 and investigate the same as per the guidelines of the Supreme Court Judgment made in Lalita Kumari's case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.406 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.406 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
