This petition has been filed for modification of the conditions imposed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.290 of 2019 in Cr.No.1 of 2016 dated 23.01.2019.
2. The Court below while granting Statutory Bail had imposed a condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the learned Magistrate is insisting for a production of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
immovable property documents in order to fulfill the above said condition. Therefore, the learned counsel sought for the modification of the above condition on the ground that the petitioners are incapable of fulfilling the said condition and therefore, the petitioners are not in a position to come out after the Statutory Bail was granted in their favour.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioners have been released on Statutory Bail. This Court is inclined to modify the above said condition to the effect that they shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees ten thousand only] with two sureties for a like sum each and one such surety shall be a blood relative/wife. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.
Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
