O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court dated 09.01.2015 in W.P.No.29702 of 2013 and the operative portion of the order reads as follows: "5.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to proceed further pursuant to the order dated 27.11.2012 and after conducting enquiry and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the second respondent, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within a period of two months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this order."

Pursuant thereto, by proceedings dated 12.5.2015, the petitioner has been intimated that action is being taken. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that till date nothing transpired and the mater is put in cold storage. 3.From the intimation dated 12.5.2015, it is seen that the respondent stated that action would be taken in the matter and after which communication, one month has already lapsed and hence, there will be a direction to the respondent, to proceed as per the order passed in the writ petition and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
