O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the third respondent dated 23.11.2017.

2. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 4 and 5, based on instructions, submitted that the present writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent developments viz., that the order passed by the third respondent impugned in this writ petition was challenged before the Revenue Divisional Officer, who in turn passed an order on 27.11.2017, which in effect would take care of the grievance of the petitioner. He further submitted that the said order would be communicated to all the parties concerned today itself.
