2.Civil Revision Petition Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 27.11.2002 passed in I.A.No.1353 of 2001 in O.S.No.1455 of 1998 on the file of the II Additional Sub-ordinate Judge, Coimbatore in CRP (PD).No.3411 of 2013 respectively.
ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Twenty Fourth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 31.03.2021 and letter dated 05.08.2021 vide D.No.5308/2021 from The Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, this court made the following order:
By an order dated 08.01.2020, this Court closed C.R.P.(PD). No.622 of 2012 and allowed C.R.P.(PD).No.3411 of 2013, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.On a letter by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, by a letter to the Registry dated 19.02.2021, seeking extension of two months time to dispose of main suit in O.S.No.425 of 2005, this Court by the order dated 31.03.2021 in C.R.P.(PD). No.622 of 2012 granted two months time to dispose of the said suit. 3.Again the learned II Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, by the letter to the Registry dated 03.08.2021 seeks further two months time to dispose of the main suit in O.S.No.425 of 2005 on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the speedy disposal of the suit has been delayed.
4.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, further two months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.425 of 2005, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 24/09/2021 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
