ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant Muyeenuddin dated 22nd March 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The second respondent has filed a counter, wherein in para - 8, it is stated as follows;

"8. Under the circumstances to secure the accused Sabeena and her mother based on contacts communicated cited the occurrence I have summoned the petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner appeared before me on 04.06.2015 and returned home. Enquiry was conducted based on the FIR J8 Cr.No.964 of 2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

u/s 341, 324, 307 IPC, registered on complaint of Mrs.Sabeena his sister. We have not harassed the petitioner."

From the above, it appears that the petitioner's sister is wanted in Crime No.964 of 2015 and the respondent police are seeking cooperation of the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for securing Mrs.Sabeena and the respondent police is directed not to unnecessarily harass the petitioner. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
