Learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that they have preferred SLP in this matter.

2.By order dated 28.03.2023, my brother Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Anand Venkatesh, has passed the following order:

"If the petitioner fails to surrender, it is left open to the Trial Court to take immediate steps to secure the petitioner and make her undergo the default sentence as imposed by the Trial Court."

Since the above said conditional order has not been complied with, the trial Court is hereby directed to issue non bailable arrest warrant to secure the Revision Petitioner/Accused as directed by this Court earlier.
