Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass a considered order on the application given by the petitioner on 05.02.2021 and consequential relief by way of direction directing the respondent to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner pertaining to property situated at Gunakarambakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Patta No.17, comprised in Survey No.57/2, measuring an extent of 2 Acres 19 Cents and in Survey No.67/1, measuring an extent of 6 acres.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass a considered order on the application given by the petitioner on 05.02.2021 and consequential relief by way of direction directing the respondent to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner pertaining to property situated at Gunakarambakkam Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Patta No.17, comprised in Survey No.57/2, measuring an extent of 2 Acres 19 Cents and in Survey No.67/1, measuring an extent of 6 acres. 2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for Respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the third respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 21.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
