The current status, as usual, is not known. 2.We, thus, direct the first respondent to verify the status of the construction at site by respondents 3 to 9 to ensure that the construction is in accordance with the sanction plan. If it is not so, then action in accordance with law be taken, after notice to all concerned. The inspection be completed within one

(1) month of the date of receipt of the order and action, if any required, be taken within three (3) months thereafter. 3.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
