A.No.740 of 2020 Application No.740 of 2020 G.JAYACHANDRAN.J., Seeking grant leave to sue the defendants/respondents 1 to 3, 5 to 14, 16 to 30, 33,35 to 37, the applicant filed this Application.

2.The "Pakistan Super League 2020" sports event likely to be telecasted all over the world including Chennai. Since, part cause of action is likely to arise within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed and leave to sue is granted as against respondents 1 to 3, 5 to 14, 16 to 30, 33,35 to 37 herein.
