Ms.S.Ramya Revathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the fourth respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider her representation dated 14.12.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of Patta in her favour in respect of house site property in Survey No.431A/2, to the extent of 2160 sq.ft at Timiri Village, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said request has not been considered by the respondents so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the

period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
