Advocate (Crl.Side) for R2 COMMON ORDER When these criminal revisions were taken up for hearing on 27.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 04.10.2018 under the caption "for dismissal" . Accordingly, today, the matter is lister under the caption "for dismissal". sought time, which this Court is not inclined to grant, since these revisions are pending from the year 2013 and still the counsel is not ready to argue the matter on merits. Hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss these revisions for non prosecution.
Accordingly, both the criminal revisions are dismissed for non prosecution. The trial Court is directed to secure the accused to undergo remaining period of imprisonment, if any.
