This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings in Na.Ka.No.644 of 2013 and Na.Ka.No.614 of 2014 within reasonable time. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
