Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Salem, in Na.Ka.No.5119/A2/2014, dated 31.08.2015, by which, the request made by the petitioner was rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order, dated 14.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23894 of 2014 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the manner known to law, if he so desires. No costs.
