This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.5.2015 in petition No.287 of 2015 and take appropriate action and submit the report within the time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.287 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.287 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
