(CR.NO.685/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that this petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and sign before the Town Police Station daily at 10.30am for a period of two Months in order dated 06.01.2022 in Crl.OP.25458/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.KINGSTON JEROLD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25458 of 2021 dated 06.01.2022.
