Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time to surrender and execute sureties imposed by this Hon'ble Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.869 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 and pass such other suitable orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 12.01.2022, this Court had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to execute sureties.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
