This petition has been filed to restore Crl.R.C.No. 241 of 2015 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court on 16.08.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has since been complied with.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to restore the Crl.R.C.No.241 of 2015.
