Side) COMMON ORDER In view of the separate detailed order passed by this Court today in W.P.Nos.25706 and 25739 of 2012 which are also filed by the petitioners herein, and, in and by which, the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C. No.11 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, is quashed, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions, which are filed challenging the Government Order, wherein, sanction was accorded to the City Public Prosecutor, Chennai City, for making a complaint under Section 199(2) Cr.P.C. against the petitioners, for having allegedly made, edited, printed and published a defamatory article against the then Hon'ble Chief Minister. In such view of the matter, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Costs made easy.
