ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32228 of 2014 dated

Cont. P.No.518 of 2019 19.07.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the respondent has also issued order for State Government Freedom Fighters Family Pension for a sum of Rs.4,70,134/- and the cheque for the said amount has been credited into the petitioner's account in State Bank of India. He has also submitted the proceedings of the District Collector, Vellore.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
