From the receipts of salary that have been produced today by the respondent, it appears that the respondent has been taking advances every month and it appears to be an attempt to defeat any order that the Executing Court is likely to pass. mrn restraining the employer/Inprocess Private Limited, New No.109 (Old No.103), Triplicane High Road, Chennai-600 005, from giving any further advance to the respondent until further orders from the Court. The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the V Additional, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of E.P.No.31 of 2008 and not adjourning the matters on the payment of small amounts by the respondent. The Execution Petition is for attachment. The learned Judge is directed to pass orders in the attachment Petition and ensure compliance of the Decree and payment of entire arrears of maintenance. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
