The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent, to permit the Petitioner to participate in the enquiry proceeding, initiated by the Respondent, C.M. (E.4) 03/2010(1) dated 08.01.2020, in respect of the property, Old S.No's.19/2 part and 19/3 part, T.S.No.3, Block No.1, Ward-B, Adambakkam Town, Alandur Taluk, Chennai District (Previously Kancheepuram District), in furtherance of the order passed in W.P. No. 7890 of 2007 dated 01.12.2009.

Heard Mr. P.Thiagarajan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Senthilvel, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr. P. Senthilvel, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the next date of enquiry in the proceedings has been fixed on 03.03.2020 and informs that notice for the enquiry will be issued to all parties concerned, including the Petitioner 4.
The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The Respondent after affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall ensure that the direction issued in the order dated 01.12.2019 in W.P.No.7890 of 2007 passed by the Division Bench of this Court is fully carried out and that each of the contentions of the parties has to be considered and shall pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to them under written acknowledgment and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.06.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
