Crl.O.P.No.5026 of 2022 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN.,J The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w. 34 of IPC in Crime No.0014 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) states that this petitioner has demanded mamool from arrack shop's owner and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, a case has been registered against him under Sections 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w. 34 of IPC.

5. In the light of the above, this Court finds that this anticipatory bail deserves to be dismissed and it is open to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court and seek regular bail.
