When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Hajamohideen Gisthi, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the tenure of the Special Officer, who was authorized to directly manage the Wakf came to an end and a Muthavalli has been appointed through proceedings No.737/19/A10/Villupuram, dated 21.1.2021.
