PALANI [ PETITIONER ] Vs NAVANIDHAMMAL [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 562 days in Re-presentation of the above Civil Revision Petition and pass such other suitable orders as this Honourbale Court may deem fit and proper in circumstanes of the case.(in CMP No.4968 of 2017 IN CRP.SR64863/2015) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.

THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of respondent not appearing either in person or by on advocate the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed the present petition to condone the delay of 562 days in representing the application. 2.The reasons stated in the affidavit is not supported by any materials. In the interest of justice, this Court is of the view that by the petition may be ordered subject to certain conditions. 3.Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the delay of 562 days in representing the above Revision Petition is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- [Rupees One Thousand only] to the Tamil Nadu Medication Conciliation Center attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
