ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 120B, 302 IPC read with 3 and 4 of the Indian Explosive Substances Act 1908 in S.C.No.177 of 2021 in Crime No.144 of 2014, seeks bail.
2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that already bail has been granted to the petitioner on 25.02.2022 by the Learned Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
