ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 120B, 302 IPC read with 149, 109 IPC in P.R.C.No.8 of 2012 in Crime No.625 of 2011, seeks bail.

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
