ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam, to consider the bail application on the same day on surrender of the petitioner in Crime No.198/2015 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it appears that the victim boy was abducted by the petitioner, in respect of which, FIR was registered for the offences under Sections 365, 506(i) IPC and 3(2) (Va) SC/ST (POA) Amendment Ordinance Act 2014 apart from other offences. Since the allegation is very serious, this Court is not inclined to grant relief as prayed for.

With this observation, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
