2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Thirupathur, Vellore District, is directed to complete the Trial in C.C.No.144 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
