ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 07.01.2026 in Crl.A.No.1962 of 2025 that the petitioner shall reside at Thanjavur and report before the Thanjavur Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. except on the hearing dates before the trial court, until the disposal of the appeal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court, except for one week.

3. considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly (except for one week), the order dated 07.01.2026 made in Crl.A.No.1962 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
