O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience in violating the order made in W.P.No.31453 of 2014 dated 30/1/2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ agreed by Ms.C.Sangamithra, learned counsel appearing for

the respondent Institution that any amount may be directed by this Court which may be remitted towards part of the arrears fees.

3. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven thousand and five hundred only) towards full and final settlement of claims of the respondent College against the petitioner.

On such remittance being made, the certificates will be returned forthwith.

4. This Contempt Petition is closed.
