CMP Nos.5149, 5152 & 5155 of 2020 in C.M.P.No.14997 of 2018 in A.S. (Filing) No.54724 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J The above applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 579 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of 1st respondent in C.M.P.No.14997 of 2018; (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent; and (iii) to bring on record 1.Muniammal, 2.Latha, 3.Sasikala & 4.Chandiran as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent and array them as respondents 3 to 6 in C.M.P.No.14997 of 2018 in the above appeal.

2. Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the proposed respondents has no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, these applications are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for arguments on 29.09.2021.
