This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dismissing the petition in Tr.O.P. 331 of 2014 filed by the petitioner to transfer the suit in O.S. 488 of 2013, pending on the file of Addl. District Judge, Coimbatore to the file of III Addl. District Judge, Coimbatore for joint disposal of proceedings in E.A. 28 of 2014 to 30 of 2014 in E.P. 16 of 2014 in O.S. 446 of 2005.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, pending revision, the suit itself is disposed of by the Trial Court. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same may be closed as infructuous.

3. Considering the fact that since the Suit itself is disposed of, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
