O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner based on the representation made by the petitioner on 09.09.2024.

2. Heard Mr.M.Prabhakar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered sale deed dated 10.08.2016. According to the petitioner, the patta stands in the name of the vendor and the petitioner wanted the patta to be transferred in her name. Hence, representation was made and the same was not considered. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh OnLine application before the second respondent seeking for patta by providing all the particulars. On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall act upon the application and take a decision within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of OnLine application from the petitioner.
