ORDER
The present Contempt Petition is filed against the respondent for his non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 5.3.2015 made in W.P.No.6096 of 2015. 2.
The learned counsel, appearing for the respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ filed an affidavit stating that the respondent had disposed of
the matter and passed order on 10.07.2015 and also despatched to the parties on 15.07.2015.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and the averments made in the affidavit, sworn to, by the respondent, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Hence the Contempt Petition is closed.
