Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Tahsildar Hosur - the 4th Respondent herein) to delete 5th Respondent's name in the patta in respect of the Land Comprised in Survey No.41/1 (Dry) an extent of 2.56 Acres in Begapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to grant patta based on the Judgement and Decree in O.S.No.207/2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Tahsildar Hosur - the fourth respondent to delete fifth respondent's name in the patta in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.41/1 (Dry) an extent of 2.56 Acres in Begapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to grant patta based on the judgement and decree in

O.S.No.207 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Court may close this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the District Munsif Court, Hosur, in O.S.No.207 of 2008 and also permit the petitioner to approach the revenue Officials, after disposal of O.S.No.207 of 2008. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the District Munsif Court, Hosur, in O.S.No.207 of 2008 and to work out the remedy before the revenue Officials, after disposal of O.S.No.207 of 2008.
