This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 14.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.294 of 2015 has been registered under Section 107 Cr.P.C. by the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent Police is directed to take appropriate steps before the Executive Magistrate in accordance with law.
