C.M.P.No.14968 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 280 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner / G. Rani in the CRP.

2. C.M.P.No.14972 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record G.Neelakandan as legal representative of the deceased petitioner in CRP.

3. C.M.P.No.14975 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner in the CRP.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
