It is stated that now further offences under Sections 3(1)(w)(i) and 3(2)(v)(a) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, had also been included.

2.In view of that, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with direction to the petitioner to approach the trial court for seeking appropriate bail for the aforesaid offences.
