ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.53,100/- towards arrears difference in pension for the period from April 2020 to March 2023 to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.2,282/-towards difference in surrendered earned leave, to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.17,750/- towards the amount payable under Post Retirement Benefit Fund Scheme, to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.4,500/- towards the IRT contributions to pay the petitioner the amount payable under the family benefit fund scheme together with interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum and to pay the petitioner interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum for the belated payment of Rs.6,07,473/- towards PF and for the belated payment of Rs.3,661/-towards surrendered earned leave salary within a specified time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition,

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
