O R D E R

The peculiar facts placed before this Court in respect of the present writ petition on hand is that, the writ petitioner is neither suspended nor removed from service and not permitted to perform his duties and responsibilities as Village Administration Officer.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that in the absence of any actions, the writ petitioner is entitled https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to continue in service. However, several representations were given in this regard before the first respondent for many years are not considered. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, without going in to the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 04.08.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the representations and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
