ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Dr.S.Suriya, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent.
2.The Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of LAOP.NO.22 of 2011 which subsequently, has been renumbered as LAOP.No.1547 of 2021, and which is now posted again on 17.08.2021 for further hearing.
3.Though it may appear that the land acquisition proceedings is of the year 2011, it pertains to acquisition of land in the year 2009. The land acquisition proceedings had actually been filed in the year 2011 in LAOP.No.22 of 2011 before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. transferred to Subordinate Court Alandur and re-numbered as LAOP.No.1547 of 2021. The acquisition relates to the land measuring to an extent of 101.0 Square Meter or 1087.167 Sq.ft., in S.No.48, old S.No.91 and old T.S.No.48 / 4A and New Sub Division No.48/4B, Patta No.154, TK.RPT No.17001/92 situated in Alandur village, Ward-H, Block-19, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which had been acquired by the Referring Officer for the purpose of laying Ring Road scheme in Award No.2 of 2009 dated 31.03.2009.
4.It would only be appropriate that the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, bestows some personal attention for disposal of the matter. I am confident that the officials and the learned counsel for the petitioner would co-operate to dispose of LAOP.No.1547 of 2021. A direction is given to the learned Subordinate Judge Alandur, to dispose of the same on or before 31.01.2022.
5.With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
