JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revision petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law. Time spent for this Criminal Revision Case is excluded for the purpose of limitation.
