Heard Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction upon the respondent to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 03.03.2014 seeking for issuance of temporary allotment in respect of flat No.221, 5th Block, K.P.Park, Pulianthopu.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2014 may be considered and an order may be passed on merits.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Board submitted that on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent will have to file a counter affidavit if the petitioner seeks for adjudication of the merits of his claim. 5.However, since the petitioner only request for his representation to be considered on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and taking note of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
