ORDER

This contempt petition has been wrongly filed after giving a representation to the respondents to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ case of the petitioner for the post of Junior Training

Officer in the respective trade of the department along with the other persons.

2. But this Court is not able to find any contempt. The reason is that when a specific direction has been given to the respondents to consider the petitioner also to the post of Junior Training Officer in the respective trade of the department along with the other persons who would be invited to participate in the interview and consider her for appointment on merits as and when the selection process is initiated, the petitioner cannot file the contempt petition before the respondents commence/initiate any selection process. Only when the selection process is initiated inviting applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Junior Training Officer in the respective trade of the department along with the other persons, the petitioner can be considered on merits. That stage has not yet come. Therefore, this contempt petition stands dismissed.
