A.Nos.835 & 836 of 2022 in C.S.No.277 of 2021 P.VELMURUGAN.,J Application No.835 of 2022 has been filed seeking permission to amend the cause title in O.A.No.572 of 2021 in C.S.No.277 of 2021 indicating the death of the second plaintiff, recognizing the plaintiffs 3 to 6 as the surviving legal heirs of the second plaintiff and also change the name of the 11th defendant.

2. Application No.836 of 2022 has been seeking permission to amend the cause title in C.S.No.277 of 2021 indicating the death of the second plaintiff, recognizing the plaintiffs 3 to 6 as the surviving legal heirs of the second plaintiff and also change the name of the 11th defendant.

3. The legal heirs of the deceased second plaintiff are already on record and hence there is no need to bring the legal representatives again on record. Hence the applications are allowed as prayed for.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint and also in the application and also to file the amended copy of the plaint.

5. Since two prayers have been sought for in one application, Registry is directed to collect the necessary court fee, for the same, as per existing rules. 18.03.2022 mfa 2/3
