The petitioner herein in any newspapers both Local News Papers as well as national newspapers and that such publication will be in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India. A writ of declaration is filed for declaring that the respondents are not authorized to publish the name, photographs of the Co-Borrower viz. the petitioner herein in any newspapers both Local News Papers as well as national newspapers and that such publication will be in violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. The writ petition is filed based on certain apprehension.

Almost six years lapsed.

circumstances, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted and if at all any grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities, in the manner known to law.
