ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.14380 of 2017, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 09.06.2017 .

On instructions from the petitioner, Mr.A.Gowthaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent had passed an order on 28.09.2017 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further adjudication is necessary. The contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
