Heard both sides. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the orders dated 15.10.2014 and 29.10.2014 of the respondent District Collector refusing to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner were not served on her.

3.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, no order was passed on 29.10.2014 and it was only the order dated 27.10.2014. He has brought to my notice the order dated 27.10.2014 that is enclosed at page no.10 of the typed set of papers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.It is seen from the website of the Chief Minister's Special Cell that is enclosed at page nos.6 and 7 of the typed set of papers that the rejection order dated 15.10.2014 and 29.10.2014 was passed by the District Collector, refusing to provide compassionate appointment.

5.In these circumstances, taking into account the narrow prayer made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to furnish copies of the order dated 15.10.2014 and 27.10.2014 or 29.10.2014, as the case may be, to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
