ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2024 and to transfer the patta to the petitioner's name in S.No.401/3B & 406/2B to an extent of 69 cents situated at Virupatchi Puram Village, Dharmapuri District.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that originally the second respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.137 of 1991 for declaration and permanent injunction and the suit has been dismissed by the trial Court. Though first appeal filed by the second respondent in A.S.No.6 of 1996 has been allowed, the Second Appeal in S.A.No.1119 of 2004 has ended in favour of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent for 12.01.2024 for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner. But the same has not been 2/4
considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2024 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner and effect necessary entires in the revenue records within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
